Data processed and purposes

The contact form collects name, company, email, phone and the content of the message, solely to answer the request and, at the data subject's initiative, to prepare a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Recipients

Data is not disclosed to the public. It is processed by me and, only for the technical services required, by Aruba S.p.A. (servers in Italy hosting the website) and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (email), appointed as data processors. Data stays in the European Union; any access from outside the EU takes place with the safeguards of Chapter V GDPR.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless a contractual relationship is established.

Cookies

This website only uses technical cookies required for it to work (session and form protection). No profiling cookies or third-party tracking tools are used.

Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to the address above, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
